*CANCELLATION POLICY

This agreement is a 12 month contract, and will continue unless the member, or Nola MMA chooses to terminates the agreement. If the member wishes to terminate the contract prior to the end of the agreement, all membership dues must be brought up to current, the RFID access key fob provided must be returned, and a $175 cancellation fee will be paid at that time.

*LATE PAYMENT AND NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS

Should any monthly payment become more than 3 days past due, a $25 fee will be charged to cover additional administrative expenses related to obtaining the member’s payment. Upon 3 past due payments, the membership contract may be terminated by Nola MMA.
